TTS Engineering & Consultancy Services provides structural and geotechnical engineering advice for residential, commercial and institutional construction. Our work focuses on practical projects, including low-rise and medium-rise buildings generally up to five storeys, subject to the particular requirements of each project.
We aim to develop safe, economical and buildable solutions that respect architectural layouts and site conditions. Our services include building design, structural assessment of existing buildings, retaining walls, soil investigations, specialist structural details and engineering reports. We coordinate with architects and other engineers and can provide construction-stage site inspections as agreed with the client.
