We mainly provide consultancy services for small- and medium-scale developments, including houses, commercial buildings, building extensions, structural assessments, foundations and retaining structures.
We consider the building's purpose, architectural requirements, structural safety, available space, ground conditions and construction economy before recommending a design. Our approach is suited to local building projects that require careful technical attention and practical construction solutions.
The Principal Structural Engineer leads design work and coordinates with the client, architect and relevant project professionals. Geological engineering and quantity surveying services are provided through associated professionals according to the scope of each assignment.
We use appropriate structural analysis and design software, prepare practical engineering recommendations and offer site inspections or technical guidance when included in the consultancy agreement.
